Depressed.

I just feel so down. All the time. Like I try to hide it all the time but it is too hard.

Second Last Shift.

So yesterday was my second last shift at the newsagency before I start at my new job at the law firm. My last shift is on Tuesday.

So my second last shift at the newsagency was the worst shift I've ever had. And it makes me not want to turn up on Tuesday. Thats how bad my shift was. Anyway... Here's the story...

So I was working with Jade and Tash and Keisha (the manager) was at the back doing all the office stuff. we were all at the counter and Jade and Tash were arguing or debating something (I don't know, I wasn't listening to them). Then it started to get busy, like there were 4 or 5 customers lining up but Tash and Jade were were still standing there arguing! Instead of serving customers! So I said "Hey guys, can you please stop arguing and serve some customers please." Without sounding rude, or any intent of sounding rude. So they did.

Once it got quite again jade yelled "THERE IS A BETTER WAY TO TELL US TO SHUT UP AND STOP ARGUING AND SERVE CUSTOMERS!" And I said "I didn't say that, or in that way, and there was customers standing around and you guys were arguing instead of serving them." Anyway she started yelling at me while we were still behind the counter. So I just let her yell at me and I apologised just to get her to shut up. Then she walked into the back and slammed the door. She obviously went to bitch about me to Keisha...

So I was standing behind the counter and it was quite and I was ripping up the coupons from the newspaper into fours, not halves. And Jade comes out of the back from bitching about me and yelled at me "RIP THEM INTO HALFS!" so I just dropped them on the counter and said "I'm going to go and tidy." To let the psycho bitch cool off. So I started tidying the store to get away from her. About 20 minutes later jade walked up to me and asked nicely "Hey, when you're finished can you please re-organise those books over there." And I said "sure." I thought she had cooled off because she started talking to me nicely. So I let the event before go, I wasn't going to hold a grudge, I mean, everyone can have there moments. When I was tiding the store Keisha was looking around the store and I said to Keisha "Don't believe what Jade says please." and she said "I know, she over exaggerates everything all the time." That made me laugh!

Later on I was tallying the scratch cards and putting the data onto the computer in the back room. And she was in the back room also. And thinking she was not mad anymore, and me not going to hold a grudge said "Oh, we didn't sell that many scratch cards today.." and she ignored me. When I finished with the scratchies I poured the boiling hot water from the kettle into the mop bucket and accidentally spilt it on my foot and obviously burnt my foot. I was going "ow ow ow ouch ow" and she just stood there and ignored me. She didn't ask if I was okay or anything. Stupid bitch.

Later, after doing ALL the closing jobs all by myself! It was finally 6 o'clock and time to shut the shop. So I closed up the shop without realising I accidentally left the lotto signs outside. She then said in a smart arse tone "YOU TICKED OFF BRING IN LOTTO SIGNS ON THE LIST!" And I said "Ohh whoops!" and I opened the doors again and brought them in and closed the doors again. Her attitude was very rude and condescending. I then proceeded to mop the floors with Tash and when we finished we emptied the bucket and all that. Jade then said "IS EVERYTHING ON THE LIST DONE?!" And I just said "Yeah.." I grabbed my stuff and went to leave and said to Jade (because it was my last shift with her) "I'm off now, I guess I'll see you around.." and she just said "Bye." in a very rude, get out of my face kind of way.

I was very upset and angry. Because she had to be a mental, psycho bitch all afternoon. I mean grow up! It was my last shift with her and she knew it. She could get over it.

So glad that I am not working with Jade for my last shift or I wouldn't be turning up for my last shift. So happy that I will be working with Dan, he's the coolest!!

New Job

After putting in ALOT of effort, I got the Job at Ward Keller! Which is a very prestiges law firm in Darwin. Finally moving up in this world! I'm going from retail to an office job and I couldn't be more excited! I start my training on Wednesday with a family lawyer. I will be working for the family law department first. Which is the area that I am most interested in!

I cannot wait! I feel like I have accomplished so much! I mean, I'm only 18 and I am only a first year student of Law and I only graduated high school last year! I already feel successful for my age! I couldn't be happier! :)

I know nothing is really due yet for uni, but I feel so behind and stressed! I am not up to date with the readings and I am struggling to pay attention in lectures. Ugh :(

Bin Lady.

So its bin day today and our bins are out the front waiting to be picked up by the garbage man. As I was walking out the front door I heard some noises and noticed that there was a car parked out the front of my house. I got pretty scared because I couldn't see who it was and I was home alone. So I sat on the stairs for a little while thinking that they will go away soon. 10 minutes passed and they didn't leave. And I had to go to work. So I was like 'fuck it'. I went down the driveway to open the gate and there was a woman going through my bins and taking all the cans and bottles.

So I asked 'What are you doing?'
And she said 'Oh I'm just recycling'
Me: 'But we already recycle, that's why it is in the recycling bin.'

After that things got a little awkward.

I went back up the driveway to back out my car and then I closed the gate.

'Don't leave a mess.' I said as I left.

What a weirdo..

Pilates

Tried a Pilates class today at gym. It was quite good. I think I'm going to start doing more classes. I feel more motivated. :)

Baba :@!

I am so angry and frustrated right now. So it was my first day back at uni and went to Baba's (my grandmother) house because it was near the uni and I wanted to say hey and maybe eat some wog food. So I walk in the door and immediately she accuses me of taking drugs because there was a couple of bruises on my legs.

What is she thinking? That I inject my thighs with drugs? Is she completely stupid. She is always accusing me of drugs and calls everyone I know a drug addict. So when she accused my of doing drugs for the millionth time in my life time I said to her "I am not doing drugs for the ten thousandth time and I don't have to justify every bruise or cut that pops up on my body for fuck sakes!" and I left.

I am a law student and as if I would risk my whole future to do drugs.

I am not visiting her ever again.

Uni!

After work today I went to my uni to purchase my textbooks for the second semester. $550 gone of a small pile of books :(. We should be able to hecs our books.

Anyway I'm really looking foreword to going back to uni next week. 5 weeks off really does feel like a long time to be honest.

This coming semester I'm doing cultural intelligence and capability, Contract Law, Tort Law and Environmental and Planning Law.

I can't wait to finish my Law degree and earn the big bucks :D

Fatty fat fat fat.

Pretty bad day today. I went to gym this morning and straight after gym I had chocolate cake. I'm such a failure :L

I want to look good before I go to Brisbane in September!

Today was a pretty average day. Started work at 1, and it was so quiet that the whole time I was making bracelets with loom bands. Which is the new craze of kids! I'm such a child :)
Now I am at Baba's house (my grandmother from my mothers side) getting fat on wog food.

I am feeling pretty fat lately though. Why can't I be skinny and eat whatever I want :(
